You need slayer points for them. Or buy em from the gen store when i sell em.

Dragon bones should work in the store o_o, but if you need em green dragons drop em afro

This isn't the wrong section... he is reporting the bug that nothing can be bought from the general store in fally. items may be sold there, but not purchased.
