In order to report a player you will need the following things
1. Proof
2 Pics
3 Details.

1. Include a picture of the player scamming/Being offensive/duping/ bug abusing or what ever
2. then post it on forums with a detailed explanation Why the player should be banned
3. make sure the report is detailed and readable
